STRAY KIDS’ Hyunjin Has No Siblings
STRAY KIDS’ Hyunjin family consists of a mother, father, and himself. Yes, Hyunjin is the only child in his family thus, he doesn’t have any siblings. He also becomes the only STRAY KIDS member who doesn’t have siblings. Although Hyunjin is the only child, he spent his childhood life in a warm environment, especially with his parents’ love. He was able to live abroad in Las Vegas for a while and went to a kindergarten there when Hyunjin was around 6 years old. Hyunjin also has another friend to accompany him since he has a dog named Kkami and has raised Kkami since Hyunjin was 16 years old. Hyunjin and Kkami are very close, and he shares his moment with his pet most of the time!
STRAY KIDS’ Hyunjin and Felix’s Bromance
Aside from his parents and his pet, Hyunjin has been blessed with the existence of his groupmate and best friends, STRAY KIDS members! Although Hyunjin is close with all of them, his friendship with STRAY KIDS’ Felix is on another level, and even the whole fandom called them ‘Fenlix’. Their strong bond was also proven through the “2 Kids Room” program; both Hyunjin and Felix shared a story about their remarkable friendship. One of the moments was when Hyunjin gave one of his paintings to Felix as a birthday present. It was kind of special since Hyunjin did it for the first time for someone else, and that someone was Felix!
There were also a bunch of their moments together, such as their interactions while on the stage, how they were fixing each other’s appearance before they got to perform, and how they talked about each other’s feelings. To make their friendship even more unique, Hyunjin and Felix have a pair of friendship rings, the silver one for Hyunjin and the gold one for Felix. How adorable!

Not only the bromance alongside STRAY KIDS’ Felix, but STRAY KIDS’ Hyunjin also has a ‘sister from another mother’, she is ITZY’s Yeji! Both Hyunjin and Yeji are managed under the same agency, JYP Entertainment, and they practically have the sunbae-hoobae relationship. Moreover, many fans find the physical similarities between Hyunjin and Yeji, and other resemblances like their first name started with ‘Hwang’. No wonder many fans named them ‘Hwang Siblings’ due to their similarities! On other occasions, Hyunjin and Yeji have shared adorable interactions especially after the two of them were working on the same project together as MCs for a music festival. Whether in front of the cameras or behind the scenes, Hyunjin and Yeji showed off their caring interactions with each other. Hyunjin also gained the fans’ attention after his caring interaction with Yeji, the moment he offered her a bottle of water before he got it for himself.
